The Greater Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce recently announced its annual banquet and awards ceremony is sold out.
The banquet and awards ceremony takes place on Thursday, Feb. 25 from 6-9 p.m. at the Star Ranch Ballroom, 2500 FM 685, Hutto.
Awards will be given in the categories of Lifetime Achievement, Citizen of the Year and Business of the Year (Two categories: Large-over 25 employees; Small – less than 25 employees), as well as a Chair’s Award for Outstanding Service.
The year 2010 marks the chamber’s 25th anniversary, which will be feted throughout the year, starting with the unveiling of a new logo at the banquet and a special “Silver Anniversary” silent auction at this event.
“Throughout this significant year, we will develop additional programs to support our local economy, and continue enhancing our ‘Come Home to Shop!’ campaign, connecting consumers with the business community,” said Patricia Gervan-Brown, GPCC president and CEO in a written statement.
