Many celebrate the holiday by providing their own “rockets’ red glare” to the night’s sky. It’s one of the staples of America’s Independence Day – picnics, friends, family and fireworks.

The man found lying dead Saturday morning in a cul de sac in the 1700 block of Somoa Court just outside Pflugerville has been identified as Dimitri Solis Delagarza, Travis County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Roger Wade said Monday.
